I think alot more information is needed for this. It is very vague. Maybe you can start of with.

1. Where will you be staying? (As you know, bangkok is very big and takes awhile to get around especially if there is a jam. Even going from asok to thonglor can take 20mins in traffic.)

2. Going to massage alone or with wife? If going alone, plenty of options for you.

3. Budget and timing. How much are you willing to spend per sessions. What timings are you looking at. Some shops have more ladies in the afternoon while some some more only from evening onwards.

4. Services you looking for? What kind of massage you looking for?

From my experience, it is quite difficult to find good massage, good service and beautiful lady all in one. Sometimes its hard to even find good massage and service together. Its usually one or the other. My suggestion is to go to a proper massage with your wife and then "ditch" her while she is shopping if that is possible.
