But how to explain to him that this is the BEST time to go BKK ?

Trouble around Government house and ministeries.

Around Sukhumvit, Ratchada Chatuchak and shopping areas, you would never know anything is wrong.

i was in bkk during on new year day in 2006 ...
was in pub celebrating and dun even know there was a few bombing happening until our thai friends call us on the phone to check with us ..
