I have not been in Harbin for a while, but the last time I frequent the place due to work was a couple of years ago and the usual places for quickie are the bath-houses that offer special service. The usual tell-tale sign is the bathhouse that also offer SN. The price ranging from 100-600 short-time, with the top-end price for the Russian MMs and newer facilities with better hardwares. Unfortunately, I was taken around by my local associates, and I do not have any direct contacts.
