Man threw porridge at elderly stall owner who did not cook his egg, caused extensive
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
SINGAPORE — A man who was unhappy that the egg in his porridge was not cooked flung the scalding contents at a stall owner, giving her first and second degree burns on her face and upper torso. Charles Law Chang Teck, 38, was jailed for 12 weeks on Monday (14 March) after earlier pleading guilty to one count of voluntarily causing hurt with a weapon to the woman who operated her stall in Whampoa Makan Place.
