took many bro advise to not masturbate for weeks to cure death grip, but seems like it got worse.

without regular masturbation, it gets harder to erect.... and once erect it shrinks easily too...

tldr; regular masturbation = ok, but only hand job works

without regular masturbation = ED.

anyway to cure this?

Do you still have morning wood or nocturnal wood? It's an important sign that things are physically well with your tool. If you have means that physically your tool is still functioning and probably all boils down to nerves and anxiety.. If no, then you really need to see a proper physician to check your health.
When you don't masturbate, do you then continue to practice your skills with an actual person? Be it someone else giving BJ or fj, it's important to keep up the act. Someone else giving hj not so good.. All these are to help to reverse the many years of just habitually ejaculating via one way..which is hj, and to normalise it to other methods..

So many factors, whats your body fat composition, are you pre-diabetic, how's your T level, are you taking any long term meds, hows your stress level etc.

All these things affect the quality of your erection.

Best to go see your family doctor.

The fact that you can masturbate and "build up" the quality of your erection tells me it's not classic ED, there are underlying causes and i suspect it's psychological.

Go see yr doctor.

I was in almost in similar situation as you, try to reduce porn usage. Start slow, because you were using porn for years already, you need time to readjust back to normal. Buy sex toy to masturbate and use imagination as if you were having sex with real woman.
