Firstly, these are not necessarily the best in each category. There are many others who can vouch for better chicken rice, prawn noodles, and dum briyani etc.

Secondly, SIA is overcharging for such fare. The First and Business Class passengers can easily treat their entire family for the price that SIA is charging.
