Everyone in Singapore is now speculating on the true secret reason why Heng Swee Keat is stepping aside as future PM. Some speculate LHL wants to remain PM longer, or HSK has serious health problems, or that CCS or LW or someone else is being propelled to be PM, etc.

Observe HSK and LHL in the press conference video. HSK looks much happier & healthier than LHL in announcing his stepping aside. Whatever the true reason is, it likely originated from HSK himself, against LHL's wishes...
