The direction of light source and lighting on the faces appear correct. Although photo editing softwares allow addition of "graininess" to the picture and one can splice in the head, I think it looks pretty seamless.
Amazing how far one can get with a rich Dad and good looks. That guy didn't even graduate from high school.
