antibiotics?
is there any antibiotics which is recommended to take to minimize risk of HIV?

antibiotics are for bacterial infections. HIV is caused by a virus. different kinds of germs so antibiotics will have no effect.
also antibiotics need to be given by doctors, u cant just anyhow buy and take. if u take wrong dosage u can cause your bacterial infection to become stronger and resistant to antibiotics, then could end up become no cure. if spread then lagi worse, other people cant be cured also. so dont anyhow play with antibiotics
