Photos of town council workers in East Coast-Fengshan Town Council shirts distributing bags with the People's Action Party (PAP) logo to households have emerged on social media.

According to a Facebook post by Amir Abu Adam, foreign workers were seen carrying and transporting a trolley full of bags at HDB void decks.

One worker was wearing a maroon shirt that read "East Coast-Fengshan Town Council"...
