Sorrie to read about your addiction. You need to break off from your usual routine, smashing phone or delete ur app won't help unless you requested to have ur game account delete. But too painful since you spent so much money in it. Suggest you take a week or weeks of holiday somewhere you always like to go,for me that works easily to break off my mundane habit and find new interest in life. If not seek professional help which is nothing to be shame about. Good luck my friend, wish you have more pussies than gaming.

All freemium games with a "gacha"/lootbox system uses these PSYCH 101 techniques in some degree. Understand that your addiction is based on the gaming company preying on your mind. They don't give a shit how much money you earn, or how you have to struggle to make ends meet. Not as long as you keep spending 800 bucks a month whaling on their game. This is pure exploitation. So ask yourself this - do you want to continue being exploited by them?

Next, all freemium games have a shelf life. I've read somewhere that most of them last maybe 2-3 years. Top earners like Summoners War might last beyond 5. But eventually, 天下没有不散的筵席, your game will be closed down once the company decides that its not making enough to keep the servers going.

By then, you would have sank thousands upon thousands of dollars... for nothing. This money could have gone to better yourself, further your education. Maybe make your parents' lives a bit better. Or used to woo a nice girl, settle down, save for your future kids.

But say ok fine you don't want all that. Let's talk gaming then. You could have gotten a PS4, the latest kickass Spiderman game with all DLCs on your 800 bucks a month... and still have money to spare. You could have gotten a 60 inch TV to play your PS4 on by saving your 800 bucks a month for about 3-4 months.

You could have all that... instead of grinding on a freemium "game" with shitty graphics that you usually leave on Auto mode.

Its not easy breaking an addiction, but you can do it. Start by not logging in the game for a day. Just try it. Don't log in today. Then tomorrow. Then the day after. One day at a time. By then, you'll be so far behind the whales that it is pointless to burn money to catch up.

At the end of the day, remember this - it doesn't matter how many meta characters you have maxed out on a freemium game. Beyond stroking your own e-penis whenever you look at those pretty little pixels on your phone, it doesn't make your real life better any one bit.
