Balinese Massage

Hi,

I saw a shop that does Balinese Massage. What type of massage actually? Has anyone try?

Most of the shops that offer Balinese and Javanese or any form of Indonesian massage are all places tha provide only eral good massage and nothing else, at least those i frequent.

The massage type is different from the TN/HC/Thai type. It is long flowing strokes done with the arm, with aroma oil of course, and it can hurt quite a bit. If it is traditional Balinese, it may even leave you aching for the next 2 days as it is so called repair therapy for your tissues. But you feel really refreshed after that.

It's more of a rubbing massage unlike Thia one with bone cracking.

You will feel pain but very fresh & relax after that.

tried balinese massage before also.
whole body was like muscle ache,like after a heavy workout!
but the next day felt so refresh.

I know of a place but it's massage only and it may not be same as the threadstarter.

You can also try those like Traditional Javanese Massage, Indonesian Massage places. The style is similar to Balinese and usually are young Malay girls doing the massage at those places. It's a mixed environment and so it's totally just massage.
