Mastermind of global telephone scams are all Taiwanese origin. They have establish CROOK CALL CENTERS systematically organized with hundreds of phone lines and computers, training recruited con men / women and detained them in foreign countries to have them carryout scams, if they refused they get killed and vanished forever. Usually they got con into fake foreign employment opportunities or good paying oversea posting jobs....
