Fucking Indian knows the fare is $19 before even boarding the Uber. Why are you taking a cab if u don't even have SGD $19 ? Why would a cheapskate stingiest filth on earth, an Indian, offer to pay 2000 rupees (SGD $42) more than double the fare? These Indian Snakes tried to slither away from paying the fare and when threatened to report police, these snakes tried to cheat drivers hard earn money by offering old rupee notes that are worthless since shithole rapeland India 2016 banknote demonetization.
