HOW IS THE ADAM'S APPLE REDUCTION OR REMOVAL ACHIEVED?

i think 90% of transgender still able to see through easily either through their voice or their movement or their big size features of man. Only the small percentage will have to the money to do a total makeover and looks like a gal. Include the voice.
