Date with armpit stubbles and leg hair

Am dating a gal in her early 30s. Good character, ample boobs, ok looks, well educated. But got one issue.

She has visible armpit stubbles most of the time, unless she goes swimming. And the lower part of her legs has few strands of pretty long hair.

No matter how much I try to overlook, the mere sight of them puts me off. I have seen many plump or unattractive or uneducated girls having perfect armpits and hairless legs. So I cannot believe that my date would overlook this most basic aspect. I had even provided subtle hints, such as me seeing a girl with hairy legs and being put off. But she caught no ball.

If I confront this issue head on, thats the end. So tell me, what ways can I resolve this issue without letting go of her?
