SMRT hit new milestone at Circle Line... time for pay rise!!!!
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
TRACK FAULT HITS "NEW" CIRCLE LINE, COMMUTERS STUCK ON CROWDED PLATFORMS Submitted by farhan on Fri, 08/04/2016 - 9:34am During peak hours on Friday morning, train commuters had to endure crowded and suffocating train platforms due to a track fault along the Circle Line. SMRT announced the incident at 7.27am and warned passengers to expect 15 minutes delays to their usual travel plans. Although SMRT claims to have cleared the fault 10 minutes later and normal service was resumed at 8.09am, platforms and trains were still crowded causing frustration among commuters.
