I have read conflicting info in this thread saying it is a controlled substance (huh? In the US that means high abuse potential)?

I saw it for sale in the street but would rather pay abut more and not die. That is just how I roll....

Can I just call a doctor (not dr bj) and get an appointment the same day? Do I just walk in and get an appointment? Sorry this is new to me by I figured someone has been through this before...

Those Chinese family owned pharmacies along the street will sell you by the boxes no problem
