Few ppl register or think or know to register their cards.
Unless its one of those special cards linked to organizations. And I don't think their system so intelligent to contain everything.

I bet if police come down n guy put his hand on gantry, they probably won't fingerprint it. Too troublesome or never think of it. Your tax dollars at work.
