Swollen lymph node in groin

Hi all. I had protected sex with two prostitutes in the last two weeks and lately I noticed a swelling on my genital area, where the pubic hair is. At first I thought it was just a normal pimple I always have but now its getting bigger than usual. How can I know whether it is a swollen lymph node and what should I do? Getting worried right now as I did not take PEP. Hope all bros can give some advice. Thanks

It's too late for PEP. That has to be started within 72 hours of exposure.

It is very easy to tell between a pimple or a swollen lymph node. Any GP can do it.

However, what is described as a "pimple" might very well turn out to be a cyst, abscess, blister or ulcer. Which then might be an STD.

In short: See a doctor.

Doctor Tan, I tried squeezing it a little and there were some blood with pus. but the solid thing inside cannot come out. Which STD is related to such symptoms? Thank you.

i dont know why u think it is Std and i also dont understand how u expect him to give u a diagnosis over the net..

I don't think it is. Is supposed to be hard. Hardly a pus when squeezed. I am juz as scared as u. Usually it comes after a fever. Tested at 11th week still negative.
