Thumbs up Sinkie Manager Smashes FTs' HPs!! Don't Always Say Sinkies No Balls, Okay?

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Three employees were stunned when their manager just took their phones and smashed them because they were not allowed to use them.

Stomper Eddy saw the incident happen to three foreign workers before his eyes on Monday afternoon (Aug 3) and felt indignant for them.

He shared with Stomp:

"This incident occurred at Benoi Keppel Singmarine. 3 foreign workers had brought their phones into vessel though they didn't use it.

"Even though there were signs saying no phones due to safety concerns, they were not using it. Their phones were in their pockets.

"Suddenly the project manager spotted their phones in their pockets, grabbed them from their pockets, grind it before throwing it into the dustbin.

"I witnessed the incident and as a co-worker was shocked to see such a misuse of power and authority."

He felt that the situation could have been better handled.

Eddy continued:

"He could have confiscated the phones or issued a warning. But how could he destroy another person's property."

To make matters worse, the manager even posted a photo of the damaged phones in a Whatsapp groupchat with all the co-workers, as a warning to everyone else.

The manager wrote in the chat:

"Dear all, please send down the message for all workers. That's what I did for those workers carry smart phone onboard. (sic)"

The Stomper added, "What's more, foreign workers have no money and are poor, how could you destroy their phones like that."
