Health discussions about sex during period

Hi bros,

I recently heard from my wife that sex during periods are no good as it promotes cancer.

How true is this? Any medical basis? As you know the feeling is best when we can cum raw into her glory hole, and I would usually do this only during periods. But after a few years of doing this, she is recently objecting to it saying that she has heard it will lead to cancer. O.o

Please advise.
