PEASANTPORE: A 51.3 per cent increase in the estimated expenditure of the Peasants' Association (PA) this year “reflects a higher level of need for the regime to buy support from vermin merchants using pork barrel projects”, said 'jiat leow bee' Minion in the Ruler Loong's Office, Sino Helicopter Lim Swee Say on Monday (Mar 9).
