Recovery Position
Anyone knows what kind of resting positions to adopt after your first shot to aid in recovery for the second round?
Eg, lying down, walking around, stretching, seated in lotus position. It's like in first aid, when a person is unconscious, he is laid down and turn to faces his left. |

Bro, there is no miracle "position" or stance to adopt. Just live a healthy life, eat healthy and exercise keep yourself fit with good stamina and your body will recover faster for a second or third round. Else if you are super unhealthy then no position is going to make you recover faster. There are no short cuts. This is akin to asking for short cuts to losing weight.
