Time must be bad for this people to operate vices out of housing board unit. Lest we forget there are still gambling dens within housing estates. What to do we cant stop FT from travelling into this country.

Actually if that hdb flat is located at corner of that floor only got them or 2 more neighbours. Should not be a problem.
