best cure for fungal infection on little one?

hi guys need some help,

i dk but i think most likely its fungal infection, did not have unprotected sex for as long as i can remember, my last partner was my gf (shes overseas)

i notice after coming back sg my penis skin keep peeling off, at first i thought abrasion but then it did not recover after like 2 weeks or so, then i went and buy some travogen cream and use, the whole tube almost finish le but like only recover 30%...

it is better to continue using or its time to see doc, how jia lad usually this kind of things one arh... i visiting my gf soon next month...need to know what to do...thanks...
