Muhammad Sholehin Jumari, 22, kicked 21-year-old Kaathisgesan Nadarajan in the thigh when he went to investigate after smelling smoke coming from the cubicle in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on March 16 last year. He also shoved him in the chest and punched him in the back of the head, leaving him needing hospital attention.
