Bonking verse Wedding dinner

Good Afternoon to you

Your kind opinion is requested.

Each "Red Package" for wedding dinner cost about same amount as each session of cheap bonk. Each year i receive average of 6 wedding invitations. Many of these wedding invitations are from newbie colleges who don't stay in the company for long. I am thinking of save their wedding dinner money for bonking. My children are growing up and my home expenses increasing. My frequency of bonking reduced from bi-weekly to 6-monthly.

Should i avoid wedding dinner to cater for bonking?

Please advice

I am not a fan for wedding dinner and even eating outside as I cook and eat my home food almost everyday! Only exceptions are when I go travelling and need to eat outside food or hang out with friends.

There are few friends that got married this 1-2 year and they did not invite me. I am not pissed at them for not inviting me, in fact, I am quite RELIEVED and feel NO PRESSURE in my everyday life as things especially food are getting more and more expensive as the time pass by.

For me personally I only bonk on average 10 times per year and for this year alone I had accomplished my mission and looking forward for 2015!

It's ok if you want to avoid wedding dinner but do that with excuse like I am away that time, meeting, travelling, etc.

If you accept wedding invitation card and not attend later on that is considered rude. I had seen with my own eyes my friend (the groom) complaining that one of the friend did not present for the dinner on the same night!

After this incident I understand both of of them no longer keep in touch. Quite rude and embarrassing for my friend, I guess.

As for bonking its good that you managed to reduce the frequency. As we get older our stamina weakens and sooner or later we all need to quit. As the cost of living continues to go up please spend wisely and remember to take care of your health. This is what I am doing now.

Those i avoided has little impact. I told them i am not available on their big day so don't invite me.

But somehow some people think i look down people
