Hi bros. just to ask for help and at the same time warn you bros.

I was at a hotel 81 yesterday, and I checked in alone as my gf was 17. But when In the room, they called and said CCTV saw got girl come inside. So bo pian, we had to go down and show her IC, but then they said she can't register cause she was under 17. So I told them we would check out immediately. But then he said he need to report to his management.

Just to check with you bros. this cannot be a police case right? She is local and of legal age and the rule we broke by not checking in for her is not considered breaking the law.

Kind of worried now so hope you bros can shed some light!

I think it is 17yrs old cb can screw but cannot be paid to get screw. Maybe 17yo is recognise as start to itch already but can only let the bf or husband to stop the itch. Any man who want the easy way out to juz pay n screw is consider under age sax. So the only way to legally screw them is be their bf. Am i interpret it correctly? Correct me if wrong.

Suddenly think of a qn. If the boy 15yo pay a 17yo cb to screw. The boy will be charge under age sax. Then will the cb be charge for rape?

Bro they demanded to record down her particulars to report to their management. She is my GF so definitely didn't pay her or anything.

Any bro know what they would do? The guy told me they wouldn't send letter though, so quite worried as to what they would do. Cause as far as I know, underage sex is below 16.

no worries la, 81 also not so free to shoot to police unnecessary. they also don want police to disturb their operation unnecessary. they are just taking down and kbkp in case any police report they have somethg to cover their backside.

Word of advice bro, know a few who work at H81, so checked with them. Actually, the reason is pretty simple, they are a business organisation, it is really a matter of just-in-case that they take down your gf's particulars; because of that underage WL case last time (so likely her particulars will be in their database and cross-check each time she go to a H81, not so good for the girl lah, especially she's only 17).

You don't really have to give them the girl's particulars if you don't want to, they actually have no right to demand that from you BUT, they can, because of her, reject renting you a room and maybe blacklist you in the future.

And even if it involve the police, they can't do much, because she is above age of consent (to fornicate), last time the police will be a bit nasty and inform her parents, nowadays I think the police also scare kena complaint so they usually just take down you & your gal's particulars for reference.

So is it safe to assume that management would most likely not inform the police? Did your friends tell you that? Because I really do not want this to become a police case which is definitely serious.

I'm fine with being barred from 81, don't think I will visit them again after such a episode anyway..
