Sex is very subjective per individual. Do what you think that is most appropriate.

Age of a man, does not equates to how good he is in bed.
Experience and the heart to make love to his woman, counts...

Whether a male testosterone still is high enough
And
Whether a female is attractive enough

A lacking in either component may inflict and lower sex drive

When we get older its best not to over-stretch yourself. Best maintain a solid sex of once a week if you r 40s & above, as advise by my TCM physician

For myself, I'm near 40s, and still do get horny at times...
I don't rely on medication as well, as I don't really trust it...
