You suddenly describe the girls then pop in one guy, to me I think you should explain how they met then add in dialogues of them talking before heading onto the kinky parts. As your topic is about birthday, maybe you can write about the start as you at the party or chalet or something, more engaging to the audience, not everyone will bother about when they're born.
