Ya me too would like to know of such places. Best if include both english and chinese places where we can just sit down n drink with some good friends and chill the night away without any girls 'disturbing' really miss places like fishermen village, paramount hotel where there are live bands performing. Any bros or sis know or such places? Thx in advance

Fyi bro, last time I used to frequent 181 lounge inside former new park hotel. This lounge perform singing in mandarin and cantonese songs with live band. Ling Xiao is their lead singer. Not sure if it is still there though.

had a chance to visit a decent hotel lounge in china, with a 4 man band setup based on a demure solo Chinese singer in cheong san. she able to sing Cantonese, mandarin and English song - best solo drinking session that ever have.

if only they have such place in Singapore

Ya agree! If only there are such places in Singapore really miss those times at 181 lounge in new park hotel, fishermen village in pasir ris, paramount hotel (next to former lai lai food court) and oso the pubs along east coast park

Agreed with you guys. Really lack of such places over here. Ai Qin Hai at marina square is kinda crampy as the patrons sit rather close to each other as venue is quite small.
