if that's the case, why do all the pappie tc garner so much wealth? was told by my li'l brother LTS that his area conservancy charges were raised from $30+ to $40+ now. are there new cleaning amenities, bigger areas, more bangalas....new equipments etc?

WHY CAN'T THEY USE THE SINKING FUND WHICH IS OVERFLOWING WITH THE EXCESSES THEY ARE OVERCHARING THE RESIDENTS OVER THE YEARS?
by the way, queenstown belongs to tg pagar grc and this is the only GRC that had a walkover. no wonder the new 24th hr backdoored mp can't be bothered.
