2pm – Arrival of volunteers to set up
4pm – Commencement of programme by MC Kwan
- Remembering late President Mr Ong Teng Cheong – one minute silence
Opening by Gilbert
4.10pm – First speaker – Mr Raymond Yap
4.20pm – Second speaker – Mr Paul Tambyah
- Saluting Mr M Ravi – human rights defence lawyer – contribution to civil society and human rights
4.45pm – Third speaker – Ms Jeraldine Phneah
4.55pm – Fourth speaker – Mr Ravi Philemon
- Saluting Mr Leslie Chew – cartoonist – contribution to human rights and freedom of speech
5.10pm – Fifth speaker – Ms Han Hui Hui
Singing of HOME song – led by Kwan, Vivian and Dr Ang
5.20pm – Sixth speaker – Mr Leong Sze Hian

There will be a thank-you dinner celebration for all speakers and volunteers (Halai food will be served also).
