I do not know Iceland current situation, but at least travel to Estonia and Finland is quite restricted for foreigners. Also if you fly from Singapore to there then return ticked will cost around 5000 SGD.
Of course there are girls available from clubs and internet, but expensive compared to f ex Germany and Czech.

U mean inter state or city maybe restricted?

It's around 1k for direct flight operating from Mar round trip to SG. Less than 1k for non direct ones also available..

Tallinn looks like a cheap summer town for chionging and perfectly legal..

Tallinn was nice place 25-30 years ago for fun. Plenty of Russian speaking ladies available, but those days have gone. Helsinki is a little bit more expensive than Tallinn, but both of those places are double price compared to Germany and Czech for a short time. Alcohol is cheaper in Estonia than in Finland. You can not get to flight without negative corona test to those countries. Also direct flights do not work now even if Finnair sells ticket for future days. Better value visit in Orchard Tower.
