Bro,yes I call you bro, before I got married I had women that I would rather spend money on rather then myself be it weather that bag or dress.I love to have a powerfull pc or that latest handphone I give it all up for the girl that of my dreams.and yes the sex "was" great.

pick up a sport. or a new hobby.
easiest choice is to run around the neighbourhood. sweat it all out.
go out with ur schoolmates or your army mates. chill over a beer at the pub.
with the euros coming, its easy to gather mates and scream over soccer.

finding another companion now isnt going to help (in my opinion..) because you are just finding a replacement for the girl who broke up with you. it wont help you cope with the breakup. its unfair for the girl as well. (if she really likes you)

love when you are ready. not when you are lonely.

when you start loving yourself, u will feel confident and naturally girls would flock to you and u wont logging in sbf anymore.
