Advise Needed : Spying on wife

Hi bros, just need some help here. I got a friend who recently after drinking session told me he suspect his wife cheating on him because:

1. she no piak him for like 3 months liao
2. she always seem very cold to him
3. the bed they share got a very weird cologne and he suspect his wife got bring other men to their bed.


So I told him, why not just hire PI go and follow his wife can alr..
He say he don't want PI cos such stuff he dun wan strangers find out first.. so he say wan me to go SLS with him to buy hidden camera and stuff..

Trouble is, I don't have experience in such things. Like how to buy, which brand good? how it works? is the camera like always record or only record when I on. what if need to hide the storage or else his wife found the storage? and need wireless? will cam be hackable if wireless...

hope some IT-savvy bros here can help advise me so next week i meet him go down SLS can guide him too.

Your friend needs to know what he plans to do upon confirmation of his wife's misdeed. Is he prepared to show hand? No point catching her with her pants down and then realising he can't live without her. If he isn't prepared to leave her or at least address the issue of her infidelity, no point knowing the truth.

I agree with Bro Nuclearkid. At the end of the day, you need to look at the big picture and make important decisions, provided your suspicions are proven correct. If she is being unfaithful, then you should make the important decision and stick with it; there is no point in being sentimental when you are caught in such a predicament. If you need to split, it has to be a "clean cut". However, please take note that you have to be prepared if she puts up a fight if there is property/assets involved. Do remember that the Woman's Charter is very strong and protective of ladies.

If your friend just want to find out where his wife goes, very easy lah. Don't need to spend so much to buy spy cam. If his wife is using iphone (best), or Android phone, then there's easy and cheap ways to track her down. Iphone has the Findmyiphone app and Android has Mylookout or Life360 that he can use to track the locations of his wife at any time. And when he's sure that she goes to places that she shouldn't be, then it's time to hire a PI to capture the proofs.

TS, allow me to share some legal advise with you. Actually, women's charter only help woman if she didn't do anything wrong. Now she cheated on you, bring the case to court and she will not be able to claim a shit from you. You must prove that you are unable to live with her because of her own doing. Don't drag, once you drag and she can prove you knew it yet not doing anything. Some time later she file for divorce, you cannot use this reason to divorce her because in the eye of law and time span, you have accepted her behaviour knowing even though she cheated on you.
