Nice Food in Batam

Since there are so many FR on sex, i thought of starting this thread to intro some nice food i'd tried in Batam.

Pempek
- a kind of 'noi hiang', made-famous in Pemlebang. made from fish and eat with a sauce(dunno wat sauce).
- best tasted is at Pempek Citra (Behind Kolekta Hotel)

Ayam Epek
- crispy chicken with rice.
- best tasted at Ria Restuarant (2nd level of Planet's Hotel)

Nasi Padang
- no need intro
- best place also no need intro...

Fish soup
- no need intro
- best place also no need intro, thou personally i think too much MSG liao

Ikan Pagang
- no need intro
- best place to eat is dunno where but is below the slope leading toward Planet Hotel, open by a chinese woman. (will try to get the address next time)

Sop 'Boon Tu'
- oxtail soup
- best place to eat is the coffee shop next to Harmoni hotel but kinda ex....

The above is my preference and could be different from others.....

That's what Ria is famous for from Jawa Timur (East Java).

Yum, long time haven't gone there to eat. Not sure if standard drop. The sambal crab ichiban!

The mee goreng (non-spicy) also very unique, one of the best I have tasted.
