I have experienced this a few times,in Thailand and Indonesia.
I appreciate that sometimes this is intended as a snub,but often it is not.
Rather than go to a popular discotheque,the girl will want to be taken to a quieter peripheral one.Presumably, she does not want to arouse jealousies with her other customers and local boyfriends.
Some girls barely want to leave the hotel room,preferring to order room service than go out to a restaurant.
At its extreme ,I have met two WLs who did not even want to be seen walking with a customer,choosing to walk six paces behind.This seemed plain ridiculous.
The plus side of being with a woman who does not want to leave the hotel room,is that if she is very sexy,you can spend all day in bed with her.
