I have a friend that fits the bill. A shemale. Nice boobs, so you can photo him/her wearing bra for your supposed lingerie photo-shoot. Panties or g-string might be tough, will have extra meat bulging or hanging out, especially if you get him/her horny during the shoot.... You want?
