Is it normal for a girl to have a really high sex drive and not to have experience an orgasm? To the point where it frustrates her when her other half cannot deliver?

it definitely happens but is not normal. girls i know with high drive usually get many orgasms

To answer your question,
It's normal for a girl to have a high sex drive. In fact some girls have even a higher sex drive than most guys. (Don't expect a lady to show a tiko face drooling and approach guys - Most probably the girl is going to scare the guy off).

Most of the time, majority of the female will pretend and act hard-to-get, but deep in them, they just want even more. As for experience an orgasm. It takes 2 to clap. If the guy is no good, then of course don't expect reaching heaven. You can actually gain more exposure if you are a female. Lots of brothers in here will be willing to help.
You can gain more experience if you are a male. Lots of FLs in here are also willing to guide but at a price.
