sorry bros i have another problem

I have this pearls thing on the bottom of my dickhead

I consulted the doctor on this years back even before i started chionging and he assured me its normal, not threatening and some guys just have it.

Now problem is is kind of embrassing whenever some fl ask me about it. Most thai will just pass it off and proceed to bbbj but many prc have been questioning me about it.
