I'm starting this thread in a hope for fellow cheongsters to exchange info and tips while cheonging. And of cos minimise cheongsters from kanna chop carrot in BT, which will ultimately cause the price of cheonging in BT to go up in the long run. Cab/Ojek Fare
From BT Centre to Nagoya and vice versa: Rp20,000
Within Nagoya: Rp10,000 Never pay higher than the amount stated above as you'll spoil market for other future cheongsters. Anything lower than the price mentioned above will of course be a bonus. If possible, don't take cab waiting outside hotels/joints/discos as it'll be Rp20,000 for a trip within Nagoya and Rp30,000 for a trip to BT Centre ... A few seconds of walking to the main road flagging a cab will save you Rp10,000. Important: Confirm the price with the cabbie before boarding the cab. And its more advisable to take government cabs (Trans, Union, etc.) instead of private cabs. And its not wrong to reject boarding a cab if the price is not right. Simply walk away and the cabbie will most likely call you back, meaning he accepts the price you quote. Ojek (Motor-Cab) Rp2,000 - Rp5,000
