Hilltop Fried Hokkien Mee dishes out wet type of fried hokkien mee that is soaking in a broth. The mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon are wok fried with egg and simmered in a broth. Prawns and pork belly slices are added to it. The prawn is quite large and tastes rather fresh. The pork belly is meaty with some soft fatty parts.
