What is more interesting is how they got caught.
Someone must have seen it and reported it. Then the police just got details of clothing, comb through all the police cams and eventually got to them. This is what I believe happened. A lesson to be learned there. Another thing to think about, did the lady lose a bet and had to perform, or did the guy say, do this and I will give you $xxx. I feel likely to be money wise related.

The court heard that Lan was near Block 266 Boon Lay Drive at around 2pm on Sept 27, 2024, when she allegedly exposed her chest and performed a sexual act on herself. Ching is accused of helping her by acting as a lookout that afternoon.
