i can't log in to my IbxBxt acct in viet via iPhone to place bet.. why it say the ip fr the location is block. anyway to over come it Kum sia Kum sia

Its not banned, you need to use USD currency account to access to IBCbet.
You will not be able to access through HKD account in Vietnam for IBCbet. Please kindly consult your affiliate / agent for that account.
