Not much there unless you speak Japanese. The main place that foreigners can get serviced is in Tobita, which is an old fashioned red light district near the Dobutsuenmae subway station. Check this google maps link, the RLD is where the bend in the highway is:

It's not a bargain (I think I paid 21,000 Yen for 30 min), but you get to pick the girl, and they generally don't expect you to speak Japanese. If you are Asian they might be a little confused at first as to why you don't, though. :roll eyes:
