I discovered this small Massage shop is a local area, according to y few visits they told me that they are popular and visited by quite a number of Malaysian and Thai Tourists. However, as I had a rented an apartment about 15 minutes walking distance, I do not think there are much overseas visitors as that street is very "local" if you have been to side or main streets in China.

Nearby locations include the TANG Dynasty massage (blind man), Ai Wan Ting Resturant, Chrysanthemum Park Shanghai, Yongle Electrical, and Ba Bai Pan (ex-Yaohan building)

The shop from the outside is a 2 door glass door with Massage written. As in Shanghai, there are many clean joints & local shops especially in the Pudong area, especially near the Condos and relatively high-end shopping areas meant for expats not locals (not branded stuff but like cold storage and Japanese restaurants).

If you look from outside, it has a modern but dark outlook like a high-class place and you can only see a counter and a stairs leading to 1/2 a floor up.

I have seen like fully decorated 5 rooms, each equipped with A/C, heater, corner shower, massage bed and towels. There might be more rooms in the back section but the 1st time I was there I thought I was about to be ripped off.

The girls are aged below 25 and most of them are absolutely stunning. One of the girls who serviced me looked a lot like Ruby Lin....big eyes and long hair. They come in fully dressed; in winter/spring would be in a red jacket, black shirt and jeans and tights; in summer, a thinner red vest with black tights.

The massage is very much like professional massage :
1. scrub then shower (optional)
2. towel on back, legs, front, legs then shower
3. oil back, legs, front, legs then ****

I would highly recommend this place but note that they only do HJ or BJ. If you need to use a cap...please bring your own ! But also note duration as if u asked for 1hr or below, its ex....

Membership at 1000RMB, good for those with stay for a few days as gets 20% discount on massage, easily lasts for 3x 3hrs sessions.

I actually brought my wife there, after the sessions (I asked for separate rooms and not the couple room), she actually thought it was a mid-high end massage place. Note : I tip her masseuse 100 RMB, made appt via visit 1 day before hand.

normally if I go Shanghai I will just go 馨丝露, less than 300 can do most like HJ, BJ, AR with jelly, some girls if horny enough even go all the way, bring your own cap thou, one time a girl nearly go raw on me because she too high, lucky I alert enough....

just now went reccee... saw the TANG dynasty blind massage, saw the restaurant, and saw 菊园。。can't find the place you mentioned thou.. end up i went to the TANG dynasty, 188 for full body, and a 30yo MILF atteneded to me, with HJ finishing.
