Many Korean and Japanese send their wife and children to live in south east asia due to the high cost in their home countries.

The husbands stay working in Japan/Korea and their young lonely wives are looking after the kids in a foreign land and are very lonely...I haven't acted on it as I don't want to be a home wrecker but I've sensed many opportunities.

Really? Why would they want to incur additional costs for lodging, international schools and other expenses that are not cheap either.
If the kids back home are enrolled in public schools, have their own houses, why pay extra oversea? So far, those Koreans I know, the whole family is here together.
Anyway, Koreans are a different breed. Language barrier makes it harder to crack them. But not impossible. Most all pretty good drinkers.

Housing and cost of living in asia (outside of Singapore) is waaaaay cheaper than in Japan/Korea.

No matter how cheap outside of Korea can be, when you duplicate your lodging, that itself is already additional costs. Back in Korea, the family even if they were rent a small apartment in the rural area, would still be cheaper than if they rent or buy another one in Singapore. By that logic, we should also see many Japanese MILF and kids in Singapore as costs of living in Japan is not low, especially in bigger cities like Tokyo, and Osaka.
