Based on what I remembered, he was part of our SSS (Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling) in the 4-3-3 combination. With Coutinho at the tip of the midfield 3, the 4 of them created a lot of havoc. He wanted a pay increment that reflects his increment in playing time and goal contributions (goals/assist). Liverpool refused then because they think youngsters shouldn't be too highly paid.

Their FA Cup loss to Man U came at a high price. They are likely to lose Gabriel Jesus for the rest of this season to a knee injury. Another defender was injured too. With a full squad, Arsenal is struggling to get good results... with Gabriel Jesus and Saka out, their attack won't be as strong

Hopefully we can get the 3 points . Arsenal or Chelsea i dont really bother too much what i only scared the team lost concentration in the end . If this happen the team can only blame themselves

Actually given that it's Arne Slot's first season plus we only added an injury prone Chielsa to our current squad plus 3 of our starting 11 is running out their last year of contract plus we changed so many backend staff, I don't have high hopes of winning the league at the start of the season.

Who would have thought Man City will implode like that? Arsenal is over-promising and under-delivering as usual. Arne Slot really slotted smoothly into Kloop's role. I just wish to enjoy our performances. If we win, we win. If not, you and I will be here discussing next season right? Haha

I'm not worried about Chelsea. They need stoppage time goal to draw at home. Tonight let's see how Arsenal does at home against Spurs. Arsenal's fans is their biggest problem. Always talking about winning and their team always implode from pressure by their own fans.

I saw the match. We could have won it. The difference in fitness level is very obvious. Let's see if Forest can sustain their league performance. Allison seemed half a second slower since his return. Konate's lapse in concentration caused us to concede. I wrote about buying back Neco Williams if TAA leaves. 23 year old NW played damn well. He shut Salah down.

Slot went 4-2-4 around the 65th min and we got a special goal. Substitute A (Tsimikas) first touch of the ball was to take the corner. Substitute B (Di-oh-goal Jota) first touch was to score a header. Slot reverted back to 4-3-3 later by bringing on Curtis Jones.

I don't think we need to go on a winning streak. We just have to at least match the points of our nearest competitors every week. Since Man City and Chelsea drew, our draw with Forest is ok.
